BRAVO!!! You have inspired me to do the same...but pray tell...where does one get those little card-thingeys that you have wrapped the threads on...???
Thank you :D But, ahh now, if I didn't have my wee bobbin/winder gizmo, I would never have felt up to the task! I got mine from John Lewis, but I imagine you can get them on eBay and the like - search for something like 'thread winder' and you should see what I mean. The card or plastic bobbins I also either get from John Lewis or eBay. It made all the difference!
Well done! I got a pack of the bobbins as a present but when they ran out I needed more right then so started cutting my own from cereal boxes. Your rainbow of threads looks so inviting now! :D
